Chicago's leading annual forum on issues of corporate governance has since 2005 brought together internationally renowned scholars and business leaders to discuss issues facing today's corporate boards.

The 2014 Edward A. Brennan Forum on Corporate Governance will take place on the morning of Wednesday, April 9 at the University Club of Chicago.
